**_FINANCE EXECUTIVE_**

**Requirement(s)**:

- Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least (1-2) year(s) working experience as Account/Finance Executive preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
- Age below 30 years old.
- Able to write/converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft (Excel/Word).
- Have great communication skills.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Update customers' payment into accounting system.
- Liaise with sales team on customers' payment issue.
- Process payment to suppliers.
- Process petty cash claim and prepare petty cash payment to staff.
- Check staff claim and prepare payment to staff claim.
- Finish sales order and recognize sales revenue in accounting system.
- Prepare account receivable collection, and overdue reports.
- Prepare bank reconciliation.
- Issue credit note, debit note, misc invoice and enter accounting system.
- Enter workshop sales invoices.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Participate in inventory count and fixed assets count.
- Prepare audit information as requested by auditor.
- Prepare tax information as requested by tax agent.
- Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
