**JOB VACANCY EXECUTIVE, PROJECT DELIVERY**

**UiTM ENERGY & FACILITIES SDN BHD**

**Job Summary**:
To co-drive and assist the Senior Manager, Project Delivery in the completion of engineering projects assigned to him/her adhering to the timeline, budget, technical specifications, regulations, and standard practice.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- To focus on energy conservation projects, to plan, conduct, execute and deliver the Energy Audit and M&V for Energy Efficiency, Solar PV plant or any type of renewable energy sources and any relevant task as per Management requirement
- Support the commercial team in determining project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; and preparing cost estimates.
- Determine project schedule, calculate time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
- Prepare all relevant project documentation for management and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure the project is executed according to schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
- Ensure M&E installation works meet the technical specifications, general practices & industry standards
- Confirms product performance tests done by contractors or suppliers
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, recommending actions.
- Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractors’ contracts.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and recommending actions.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Organize and maintain the project database systematically (hardcopy and softcopy).
- Maintains company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Support the project team on activities on stakeholder engagement & project documentation & reporting
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned sometimes.

**Terms and Criteria**:
The applicant must meet the following requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in executing Solar PV installation projects
- Knowledgeable in power, energy conservation measures, its working principle, and process functions.
- Knowledgeable in market and policies related to clean energy businesses.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible and agile, able to move and work flexibly and creatively.
- Possesses own transport and is willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
