The ability to organize and prioritize, handle multiple projects and initiatives at once. To ensures that business projects are executed effectively and efficiently. IT Project Executive will be involved with the interpretation of plans and specifications for projects, User Acceptance Testing, and project requirement from stakeholders / clients.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Collaborate with the Project Management Manager to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for platform maintenance, enhancement, and u[grading projects.

2. To plan / manage / execute / monitor the assigned project tasks and releases. Define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule.

3. Break down projects and development requirements into task. Ensure timely delivery of realistic schedule.

4. Oversee functional, integration and acceptance testing of the product.

5. Identify register key potential risks and set in place necessary action plan Troubleshoot, address, escalate systems issues as needed.

6. Communicate regularly to address any changes and make sure everyone is doing what the need to do when they need to do it. Provides support and training to team members with system admin privileges.

7. Reported project progress to leaderships team. Proactive engagement with colleagues and peers.

8. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries concerning performance reports and project tracking system data.

9. Established to and maintain constant communications with stakeholders, manage stakeholders' expectation through regular progress reports, listen to and collect stakeholders; feedback as necessary.

10. Project documentation and paperwork are to be collected and archive appropriately.

**ALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**:
1. Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science / Information or any relevant fields preferred.

4. Knowledge and experience of Project Management software (e,g: Clickup, Trello, Figma), Microsoft packages (e,g: Google Workspace, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)

5. Good time management skills.

6. Effective communication and coordination skills, project management, problem solving, training skills presentations skills.

7. Able to utilize multiple and varied communications media, as appropriate, to efficiently disseminate information.

8. Able to work independently as well as a team player with positive attitude.

9. Willing to accept challenges, be adaptable, set the priority of work and meet time line.

10. Creative thinker and ability to think outside of the box to solve problem.

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
