**Job Summary**

Responsible for leading, planning, and executing infrastructure and telecommunication deployment projects from initiation to completion. Ensures all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end project activities including civil, fiber, and network deployment works.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, cost, and quality against schedule and budget.
- Review technical drawings, work plans, and method statements to ensure constructability and compliance.
- Manage and oversee site execution, testing, commissioning, and acceptance with clients and authorities.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, Local Authorities (LA/LC), and private landlords for permits, inspections, and approvals.
- Identify potential risks or issues and implement effective mitigation or corrective actions.
- Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and documentation for management and client submission.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations on all sites.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost efficiency, and project delivery standards.
- Lead project team meetings, progress reviews, and site coordination sessions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of project management experience in infrastructure or telecommunication deployment (OSP/ISP, fiber, or tower projects).
- Strong understanding of local authority permitting, site implementation, and quality control processes.
- Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other project coordination tools.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
