IT Project Manager

Position Overview

Seeking a highly experienced and action-oriented Project Manager to lead our Infor M3 ERP implementations and enterprise application implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional ERP expertise, proven project management capabilities, and the agility to operate effectively in a dynamic, VUCA environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead end-to-end Infor M3 implementation projects across multiple locations ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery
• Manage complex integration projects connecting Infor M3 with specialized systems
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Work closely with the AGM of Digital Transformation to align project outcomes with organizational transformation goals
• Drive project execution with a strong bias for action and results-oriented approach Vendor & Integration Management
• Manage relationships with Infor M3 implementation partners and other technology vendors
• Oversee system integration activities including data migration, testing, and go-live procedures
• Ensure successful integration between Infor M3 and specialized systems
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants throughout project lifecycles

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP implementations (strongly preferred)
• Alternative: 3+ years with SAP ECC functional modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP preferred)
• Understanding of manufacturing, distribution, or process industry business processes
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, and ERP go-live activities

Project Management Excellence

• Proven track record managing complex, multi-site ERP implementations
• Experience operating in VUCA environments with adaptive project management methodologies
• Strong experience with Waterfall and hybrid project management approaches

Preferred Qualifications

Industry & Domain Knowledge

• Experience in food & beverage, manufacturing, or agricultural industries
• Understanding of poultry farming operations and management systems
• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)

Technical Skills

• Understanding of cloud-based ERP deployments and hybrid infrastructure
• Familiarity with modern project management tools and collaboration platforms
• Data analytics and reporting experience for project performance monitoring

Change Management & Leadership

• Proven experience managing change for users transitioning to enterprise-level systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse audiences
• Experience working with inexperienced user bases in complex system implementations
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across Asian markets
