**Responsibilities**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reporting to Head of Quality Assurance, Operations Compliance.
- Responsible to develop IT quality review programs and perform IT security / process reviews.
- Assess the adequacy of the system-related security configurations.
- Identify risk solutions to decrease loss of data, increase the data protection mechanisms and controls throughout the organization.
- Advice on issues related to systems and cyber security to assess the effectiveness and adequacy of the internal controls by staying abreast of latest/relevant cyber security threats and technology development.
- To report summary of quality review findings to the Management / Head of Section / Head of Department, drawing attention to areas of particular concern, weakness or improvement points and making recommendations for further actions to address any issues.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Malaysian citizen
- Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree with honours in the field of Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Cyber Security or equivalent qualifications from local or overseas higher learning institutions recognised by the Malaysian government.
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in IT audit, IT operation and data analysis/ data detection in the business environment.
- Professional qualifications or certifications (CISA / CISSP / CISM / ISO27001:2005) will have added advantages.
- Good knowledge in information security management system (ISMS), IT Security framework, methodology and knowledge of IT governance framework, computer-assisted audit techniques (i.e. ACL) and AS400 will be an added advantage.
- In depth knowledge in network security and strong IT infrastructure background.
- High integrity with strong analytical, result-oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member.
- Consistently demonstrate analytical, good problem-solving skills, maturity, attention to detail and well-organised.
- Excellent in report-writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in both oral and written Malay and English language and able to communicate and interact well with peers, higher management and external parties.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with business partners.
