Job Description** **Responsibilities**: - **Responsible to achieve monthly sales target of Healthcare product and service**: - Form new and continue existing relationships with customers by regular visits and phone calls. - Maintain a strong understanding about product features and benefits to answer specific customer questions. - Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability. - Give customers in-person product demonstrations and teach them about the features and benefits of each item the company offers. - Attend Daily online sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and other updates. - Become a valuable and helpful resource in all of your dealings with customers and create a friendly reputation in the industry. **3. Requirements**: - **At least 5 -7 years’ sales experience for Hospital, Clinic and Pharmacy, in the Medical industry**: - **Acquisition new customer (Hospital, Clinic and Pharmacy)**: - Possess own transport and able to travel - Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent - Sales-oriented with a proven sale track record - Digitally savvy; sales/marketing experience in digital media is preferred but not essential - Leadership capabilities, people/team management experience a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Report writing and presentation skills for KPI - Energetic, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and results-oriented. - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. - Possess analytical, time management and task management skills - Possess own transport, must be willing to travel for company purposes - Well groomed and good etiquette. - Min 1 Year sales forecasting management experience +Set up suitable SFA(sales force automation) or CRM(Customer relationship management) tool to manage sales forecasting+Enhance SFA(sales force automation) or CRM(Customer relationship management) tool **4.
