**About the role**:

- As the Global FP&A Specialist, you’ll support our Global FP&A Manager with financial insights that influence strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for consolidating data, preparing accurate budgets and forecasts, and delivering meaningful financial analysis to support operational and client outcomes.

**Here’s a snapshot of your day**:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Consolidate data across accounts and portfolios
- Analyze financial trends, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with operations teams to support client financials
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders
- Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with key insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or similar
- Strong Excel and data modelling skills (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (PeopleSoft, iScala preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience in facilities management, corporate real estate or shared services is a plus
- FP&A certifications or CPA/CIMA preferred but not mandatory
