TheKatil is looking for someone energetic, adaptable, and motivated to help us keep things running smoothly.

If you’re someone who’s comfortable wearing many hats, loves a bit of independence, and wants a flexible side income — we’d love to hear from you

Your Role:
Handle payments and bills to vendors and suppliers (making sure everything adds up)

Collect rental payments from tenants and keep our system up-to-date

Update and maintain tenant info and room statuses

Be the go-to person when something needs fixing (arranging a plumber, aircon service, or a handyman)

Advertise and promote available rooms — find us great new tenants

Conduct viewings (in person) when prospective tenants want to check us out

Take on ad-hoc tasks from time to time — we’re a small team, we all do a bit of everything

What’s in it for you:

- Basic pay RM500/mo + commission for each new tenant you bring in
- Discounted room rental if you’d like to stay at TheKatil yourself
- Part-time, flexible hours, and remote-friendly (you should be in Johor Bahru for viewings or services when needed)

Who we’re looking for:
Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not a must — we’ll show you the ropes

Reliable, motivated, able to work independently with mínimal supervision

Familiar with basic administrative tasks and communication

based in Johor Bahru

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Freelance, Student job

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
