**Admin cum Account Assistant l Johor Bahru**:

- **Salary : Rm 2000 - Rm 2500(Dep on experience)**:

- **Working days : 5 working days**Responsibilities**:_

**A. Administrative Support**
- ✔ Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- ✔ Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records.
- ✔ Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- ✔ Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.

**B. Accounting & Finance Tasks**
- ✔ Prepare and issue invoices and payment vouchers.
- ✔ Handle petty cash and employee expense claims.
- ✔ Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- **Job Requirement**:_
- 1. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- 2. Experience in office work or basic accounting.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- Account Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
