Summary:

We are looking for an organized person to help with our office admin and basic accounting tasks. This is a great role for someone who is good with numbers and likes to keep things in order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ◆ Answer phone calls and take messages.
  • ◆ Handle office emails and post.
  • ◆ Order office supplies.
  • ◆ Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry.
  • ◆ Create and send invoices to our customers.
  • ◆ Process payments to our suppliers.
  • ◆ Prepare cash and cheques for bank deposit.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • ◆ Around 2 year of experience in an admin or accounts role is helpful.
  • ◆ Comfortable using computers, especially MS Excel.
  • ◆ Able to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Admin: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Account Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
