About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This is a full-time position based in our office in Johor Bahru.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Handling incoming calls, emails and enquiries, and providing assistance or directing enquiries to the appropriate team member
  3. Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
  4. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and scheduling appointments
  5. Providing general support to the wider team as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  3. Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
