Job Vacancy: Customer Service & Content Executive

Location: Medispa Johor Bahru, Larkin Jaya, Johor Bahru

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Customer service experience in spa/beauty/medispa industry preferred)

Located in Larkin Jaya, JB, Medispa Johor Bahru is a well-established beauty and wellness center offering a wide range of professional aesthetic and skincare treatments. We are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best through personalized care and innovative beauty solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Welcome clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a pleasant experience throughout
  • Handle all bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups (via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and DMs)
  • Manage daily appointment schedules and assist therapists with coordination
  • Process payments and maintain client records accurately
  • Promote spa services, packages, and products to clients
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly
  • Keep reception and common areas clean and presentable

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Assist with taking before/after treatment photos (with client consent)
  • Work with the team to plan and post regular content (e.g., treatment highlights, testimonials, promotions)
  • Monitor social media inboxes and respond to basic inquiries/comments
  • Support basic editing using Canva, CapCut, or other tools (training can be provided)
  • Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement online

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role (spa/beauty/medispa preferred)
  • Basic experience or strong interest in social media content creation
  • Polished, professional appearance with excellent communication skills
  • Organized, responsible, and a quick learner
  • Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (bonus)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (Mandarin is a plus)
