**Requirements**:

- **Students in Diploma or Degree from any background, as long as it is accepted by your university or college.**
- **Proficient in English and Mandarin (read, speak, type)**
- **Excel in using Microsoft Office (Words, Powerpoint, Excel)**
- **Applicants should possess a positive attitude and motivated to take on new challenge and in learning new knowledge or skillsets**
- **Possess good communication skills and passionate in communicating with people**
- **Applicants should have good time management skill**
- **Applicants are independent and proactive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Provide up to date market analysis on hiring tend to manager in executing strategies to enhance the company’s recruitment brand**
- **Assist with whole recruitment process including cold calling, resume screening, interview scheduling and etc.**
- **Work together with Managers to devise and execute sourcing strategies**
