- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:
- Ability to communicate in **Mandarin**.
- Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
**Working Location : Ara Damansara - Right opposite to LRT Ara Damansara**
**Working Hours : 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)**
**Joining Bonus : RM 1000 for 6 Months**
