Every successful business must maintain a strong relationship with its customers. The Team Leader - Customer Service (Front Desk) role serves to bridge the business with the customer. That means communication and leadership is key for this role. The Team Leader must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with your Team Members and the customer base, providing information about the company’s latest products and promotions to support growth in sales. They must also be able to resolve customer complaints while keeping the best interests of the company in mind. The Team Leader - Customer Service (Front Desk) is also keenly in tune with customer wants, needs, and demands. They are able to discern what key practices are best for optimum customer satisfaction, and are responsible for enforcing them within the company.

**Job Type**:Full-time.
**Operating hours**:

- 5 Working Days & 2 Off Days per Week.
- Monday - Friday: 9.30am -7.30pm
- Saturday & Sunday : 8.30am - 6.30pm

Additional RM 200 Monthly Travel Allowance.
We will provide you with Full Job Training.

- Become a Leader of your Department and organize briefing sessions for your Team members.
- Build positive rapport with your Team Members so they proactively listen to your instructions.
- Ensure that your Team Members provide positive customer service.
- Monitor and ensure your Team Members improve and are effective and efficient in their task.
- Monitor and ensure your Team Members achieved their company goals.
- Engage & educate customers with inquiries.
- Manage customers appointment & payment channels.
- Manage Monthly Reports and Team Members Evaluations.
- Possess Leadership and able to motivate their Team Members.
- Friendly & Good Communication.
- Willing to Learn and willing to assist others.
- Able to Work as a Team.
- Able to work during weekend-shifts, if required.
- Have interest in their Career Growth and the Customer Service Industry.
