Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Team Leader to drive our sales performance, lead the team, and actively engage with customers. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into a leadership position, as training and guidance will be provided. You will be responsible not only for managing and coaching the sales team but also for being hands-on with live selling and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide coaching to team members.
- Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.
- Support team growth by fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.

**Sales & Customer Engagement**
- Host 2-hour live sessions every morning on social platforms (e.g., TikTok/Facebook).
- Handle customer inquiries and close sales via Business WhatsApp.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

**Growth & Strategy**
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
- Work closely with management to implement campaigns that drive sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, ideally with some team leadership or supervisory exposure.
- Confident in hosting live sessions and engaging with online audiences.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Results-oriented, hands-on, and willing to grow into a leadership role.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
