**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for guide and coach retail sales person on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP and other tasks assigned
- Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs
- Be passionate to share IT gadget information and provide exceptional customer service to every customers
- Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers
- Achieve sales target as expected
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
- Responsible for day-to-day operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc to ensure smooth running of daily operation

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years and above experience in leadership position
