Paralegal/legal Clerk

We are looking for bright and highly motivated individuals with solid work ethics to join our team.
As our paralegal/legal clerk, you will be working with our team to provide strong support to the firm to serve our clients' legal needs. We have built a work culture based on the foundation of mutual respect among all members of our firm.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Handle various types of legal files including conveyancing, corporate and commercial matters, and litigation under the supervision of superior;
2. Liaise with clients, banks, and relevant authorities in government departments;
3. Monitor the progress of clients' files and maintain accurate updates in our case management system;
4. Administer files and maintain all correspondences and documents in a proper and organised filing system; and
5. Assist with other general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by superiors.
**Requirements**:
b. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin dialect is an advantage.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
