Supply Chain Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- To monitor all incoming shipment and ensure the shipment arrived within the agreed time to maintain optimum stock level.
- To check on shipping documentation (Invoice, Bill of lading, Seaway Bill, Health Certificate, Halal Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Packing List).
- To check and verify shipment with duties.
- To ensure the shipment schedule are updated constantly.
- To follow up closely with Supplier, Shipping Liner Company, Freight Forwarder, Warehouse, and internal parties to ensure shipment are arrive as per scheduled and in the best interest of the company.
- To liaise with all relevant parties for any issue incur on the shipment.
- To ensure the cost of Demurrage and Detention is at lowest possible.
- To prepare and renew letter of approval for importation of meat and milk.
- To liaise with product team and finance team and follow up for matter pertaining to shipping.
- To send pre-alert for urgent incoming and outgoing shipment to concern party.
- Manage proper filling, documentation and reporting.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum Degree qualification
- At least 2 year of experience in importation process.
- Emotionally intelligent, carries high integrity and protects confidentiality of Directors company and personal matters.
- Positive attitude, pleasant, hardworking, trustworthy and matured and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to outperform on all tasks and responsibilities
- Flexible and ability to adapt and adopt to company’s values and culture, as well as fast changes within the company.
- Thrive in a fast pace environment and ability to complete tasks, assignments and company goals in the shortest time frame.
- Result-oriented & skilled in developing business plans while initiating the changes necessary to achieve strategic objectives in competitive global markets.
- Resourceful and work well under pressure
- Dynamic, hands-on and committed to work long hours to deliver results
- Have integrity and good leadership qualities coupled with leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and yet be a team player
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- To ensure that company interest is the priority and comes first, and to do whatever is necessary (including weekends, off days and public holidays) to meet this objective.
- Ensure that KPI and all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.
- Protect company’s information and interest at all times.
- Collaboration work with teams of all levels.
- Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
