Formtri Idea is looking for an experienced and passionate **Technical Designer** (2 - 5 years’ experience) who is creative, dedicated, and eager to grow with our team in designer including the cabinetry and custom carpentry industry.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree** in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum **1 year of experience** using Cabinet Vision Software (preferred)
- Expert in design software such as **SketchUp**, AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision or similar
- Able to produce detailed **technical drawings**:

- Good understanding of **kitchen cabinet construction** and the **manufacturing process**:

- Ability to **read and interpret** technical drawings accurately
- Detail-oriented with strong **problem-solving skills**:

- **Familiarity with a wide range of materials** used in cabinetry and interior works
- Able to **work well** in a team environment and **communicate effectively** with team members
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with **mínimal supervision**:

- Basic **knowledge of design** principles is an added advantage

**Job Scope**:

- Work closely with Designers and the Team Project **ensure all technical drawings** align with the final concept and client-approved layout
- Create **precise and detailed drawings** using Cabinet Vision (CV) software, ensuring they meet project specs and site conditions
- Submit completed drawings for review and obtain HOD approval before generating and submitting CNC files to production
- Coordinate with the Team Production to ensure the final product matches the approved drawings. Clearly explain materials and specifications **to avoid errors**:

- Ensure all drawings are accurate and complete. **Identify and resolve** technical issues or site constraints that could impact production or installation
- Handle technical and design challenges independently. **Offer solutions** for drawing errors, material issues, or unexpected changes. Escalate complex issues when needed
- Maintain **consistency**in design standards, materials, and technical details. Ensure alignment between design intent and technical output while upholding brand quality
