About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and dedicated Media Buying Manager who will be a catalyst for optimizing our advertising campaigns acting both as a sole contributor and a team leader. We’ll look to you to take initiative and create digital demand across top paid social channels in the sports betting area. You’ll need to be a curious self-starter, but also collaborative when tasked with solving larger creative challenges and managing the team. We’ll expect you to be intrigued by growing trends in the e-sport and sports betting industry and finding inventive ways to tell stories that resonate with the world.

✨ Experience with paid media channels, specifically the negotiation and buying process across all aspects of media planning and buying, preferably cross-channel (both traditional and digital media)

✨ Manage media buying campaigns and media schedules

✨ Plan and manage media campaigns to ensure goals are being met

✨ Able to direct flawless execution with incredible attention to detail

✨ Excellent research skills to maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in paid media

✨ Develop Russian language (CIS region countries) paid ads channels

✨ Manage a team of three media buyers

**Job Requirements**:
➦ English language proficiency

➦ Russian language proficiency

➦ Knowledge of sports and sports betting is definitely a plus

➦ Experience in ads networks such as Criteo, Taboola, Google Ads, Yandex Direct, etc.

➦ Amenable to Remote Work

➦ At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

➦ Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent
