**Position Overview**:
The Junior Art Director for Social Media & Digital Content at The Golden Duck Co. will spearhead the creation of visually stunning and engaging content across all the brand’s platforms internationally. This role is crafted for someone youthful, energetic, and deeply immersed in the digital content creation world. Your primary mission will be to work with the brand team to captivate our audience with your creativity, driving brand engagement and achieving the company’s objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner well with brand managers to translate business strategies into creative campaigns and visuals.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative social media content strategies, ensuring they align with our brand's identity and goals.
- Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and interactive content that resonates with our target audience and amplifies our brand's presence across digital platforms.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in social media and digital content creation, incorporating these innovations into our content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualise and implement campaign ideas that enhance audience engagement and brand loyalty.
- Measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to refine and improve content strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas that align with our brand's narrative and marketing objectives.
- Execute (either in-house design or via agencies) all creative briefs and design requirements of the company

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in graphic design, digital content creation, and social media management, preferably within the food, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
- A strong portfolio or similar showcase demonstrating expertise in art direction, design, aesthetics, and content creation tailored to today's social and digital landscape.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas and translate them into engaging digital content.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in a team environment and interacting with various departments.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
