What your day looks like:

  • You'll be ahead of industry trends, adopting new ideas and technologies to continuously elevate creative standards and drive innovation.
  • You'll lead and inspire the team during brainstorming sessions, coming up with innovative and impactful ideas.
  • You'll collaborate closely with copywriters and strategist to develop compelling and cohesive creative concepts.
  • You'll mentor and support the design team by providing constructive feedback, guidance and opportunities for professional growth.
  • You'll manage the execution of design projects, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • You'll manage multiple campaigns simultaneously from conception to execution.
  • You'll analyse performance marketing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine creative strategies to enhance results.

What you'll bring:

  • Required: At least 5 years of experience in design, typography, branding and layout. Ideally with an advertising agency background.
  • Advanced knowledge and slick skills with design tools (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • A strong portfolio which demonstrates a variety of successful projects across diverse medias (please send it to us).
  • Good leadership and strong communication skills. You're able to inspire and guide the team by effectively communicating project goals and vision.
  • Detail oriented with good time management, able to work under pressure, and you're able to prioritise even with multiple projects.
  • Able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver the best results.
  • Always stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek new ways to innovate and elevate design standards across all projects.
