Security Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the security team to ensure effective performance, discipline, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Conduct regular patrols of outlets, hotel areas, SOHO units, carparks, and surrounding premises to deter criminal activity and maintain a strong visible security presence.
- Monitor and control access of visitors, tenants, staff, and vehicles according to established security protocols.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities, and coordinate with management or law enforcement when necessary.
- Operate and oversee the **Pay & Go system**, barriers, and car plate recognition scanners; report and escalate irregularities.
- Provide professional assistance to guests, tenants, and customers in resolving parking or security-related issues.
- Safeguard carpark facilities by preventing theft, vandalism, and unauthorized parking.
- Prepare duty rosters, conduct daily briefings, and carry out inspections to ensure proper coverage and readiness of the security team.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on daily activities and incidents.
- Investigate and report security breaches, losses, or accidents, recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.) to address and resolve security matters promptly.
- Ensure emergency equipment and systems are in good working condition.
- Participate in and conduct training sessions on emergency response, safety, and security procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM or equivalent qualification**.
- At least **2-3 years of experience** in security operations; supervisory experience preferred.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit, mentally fit and alert with good observation skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CCTV, access control, or parking systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
