**Location: Signature Madam Tang's Cafe (various outlets at Kuching)**

**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
- Organizing, supervising and managing the staffs.
- Enforce restaurant hygiene practice and regulations.
- Be prompt to customer queries and feedback, ensure solutions and service recovery is always being delivered.
- To implement effective restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety.
- Perform any other special task and project that has been assigned to you by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Must be Malaysian citizen.
- Compulsory to have at least 1 year experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor in Cafe & Restaurant.
- Able to communicate in English and Malay.
- Able to work shifts, week-ends and public holidays.
- Pleasant personalities, high integrity and good communication skills.
- Willingness to be a team player.
- Commitment to follow Company policies and SOP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
