Job description
- Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability.
- Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Handle internal and external communication, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
- Maintain records, reports, and filing systems for efficient office management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier services as needed.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese clients is a must.
- Good in Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management

Pay: RM1,544.34 - RM4,718.92 per month
