HR & Admin Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR & Admin Executive** to support the Group of Companies in managing HR and admin functions. The role will focus on HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance, while also ensuring smooth office administration.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Human Resources**
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
- Support payroll and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
- Ensure HR policies comply with Employment Act & labour laws.
- Assist in training, performance appraisals, and HRDC programs.
- Manage employee engagement, grievances, and HR documentation/audits.
**Administration**
- Oversee office administration across the Group of Companies.
- Maintain filing systems, contracts, and confidential documents.
- Prepare HR reports, meeting minutes, and management updates.
- Support company events and provide admin assistance as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or administrative role.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Location: Bandar Tasik Kesuma Beranang, 43700 Semenyih
Pay: RM3,050.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
