- Assist in recruitment processes: job posting, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Prepare monthly attendance and assist in payroll processing.
- Handle leave, medical claims, and employee benefits administration.
- Support training coordination, performance appraisal, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws and company regulations.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and general administrative purchases.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (hardcopy & electronic).
- Assist in organizing company events and staff activities.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and government authorities when required.
- Support management in implementing HR initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,793.98 per month
