About the role

SH Paper Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Account cum Admin Executive (Mandarin speaker) to join our dynamic team in Semenyih, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and administrative functions, playing a crucial part in supporting our overall business operations.

What you'll be doing

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle customer orders and ensure accurate processing.
  • Coordinate with the production manager to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels; update records promptly.
  • Liaise with logistics/transport teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of orders, delivery notes, and related records.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Perform basic data entry and transaction posting into SQL accounting software.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll and salary calculations.
  • Handle accounts-related filing, record keeping, and document management.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting Sales & Service Tax (SST) returns on time.
  • Support the finance team in basic reconciliations and other accounting tasks when needed.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar finance-related role
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with customers, production, and logistics.
  • Good attention to detail in handling both administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work to ensure smooth daily operations.
