Job Summary :
Supports the maintenance team in handling daily documentation, report uploads, photo tracking, and client system updates.
Key Responsibilities
Receive job updates from subcons and update system accordingly.
Upload reports, completion photos, and quotations to client portal.
Track pending, ongoing, and completed jobs.
Assist Maintanance coordinator in preparing invoices and submission documents.
Maintain job folders and ensure all documentation is complete.
Requirements
SPM / Diploma in any related field
Minimum 1–2 years admin experience.
Good in Excel, data entry, and coordination.
Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
