Job Summary :

Supports the maintenance team in handling daily documentation, report uploads, photo tracking, and client system updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive job updates from subcons and update system accordingly.

  • Upload reports, completion photos, and quotations to client portal.

  • Track pending, ongoing, and completed jobs.

  • Assist Maintanance coordinator in preparing invoices and submission documents.

  • Maintain job folders and ensure all documentation is complete.

Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma in any related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years admin experience.

  • Good in Excel, data entry, and coordination.

  • Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
