Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance Executive to manage the company's client billing, collections, and bank reconciliation activities. The role focuses on ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment follow-ups, and maintaining a clear view of the company's cash position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients based on project progress or milestones.
  • Monitor and track client payments, ensuring overdue and upcoming payments are followed up effectively.
  • Maintain the accounts receivable ledger and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash inflows and account balances.
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports for management review.
  • Liaise with internal teams (projects, admin, etc.) to ensure billing accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
  • Proficient in accounting software (SQL, UBS, or similar systems).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
