Account & Admin Executive

Primary Responsibilities:
The Account & Admin Executive supports the company's financial and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day functioning. Key tasks include handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, financial documentation, and administrative duties.
Job Duties:
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and verify payment vouchers, invoices, claims, and payroll summaries for approval.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including license and permit renewals, document filing, and office facility management.
- Maintain data accuracy, support internal audit processes, and uphold strong internal control procedures.
- Provide regular financial and operational updates to management to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance & HR teams to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Alternate)
- Location: Bandar Tasik Kesuma Beranang, 43700 Semenyih.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
