The Marketing Executive will report to the Marketing Manager for all day-to-day responsibilities. The Marketing

Executive will aim to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services, or ideas. The Marketing Executive is also responsible to develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Good knowledge and skills in implementing marketing and promotional plans for Fast Moving

Consumer Goods (FMCG) products, with experience in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
- Develop training materials & deliver training according to schedule and need.
- Conduct market research to evaluate up to date market conditions and practices.
- To get necessary data for preparation of promotion effectiveness for management to evaluate.
- Work closely with product development team in Headquarters for the co-ordination of product USP, price & package changes.
- To plan, execute, and organize product launches, events, campaigns whilst Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Canvassing assigned territories within the region to present company products to potential customers.
- Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
- Demonstrating product features and USP to customers.
- Liaise with Logistic partners to ensure cost effective and timely deliveries
- Collaborate with HQ on website and social media platform content update and content writing.
- Other ad-hoc assignments by direct report

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent. Polytechnic

Diplomas may be considered with corresponding working experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience preferably within the FMCG industry and exposure to B2C sales and/or consumer goods products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in digital marketing strategies and methods

**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
