Safeguards Group is seeking **dynamic, ambitious, and career-driven fresh graduates** to join our **Management Trainee (MT) Program**. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across key departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in a structured training and rotation program across departments
- Support operations, administration, and project planning activities
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management
- Learn and adapt to company processes, policies, and standards
- Assist department heads and gain exposure to leadership responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Business, Management, Finance, Logistics preferred)
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and goal-driven
- Willing to be based at HQ or assigned branch (depending on training needs)

**What You’ll Experience**
- 6-12 months of structured rotational training across core departments (Operations, Cash Management, Logistics, HR, etc.)
- Direct mentorship from senior leaders and department heads
- Real-life exposure to decision-making, planning, and problem-solving
- Opportunities to lead small-scale projects and process improvements
- Clear career progression path into supervisory and management roles
