**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for boiler’s operation, maintenance of electricity, machinery operation and ensure operating in safe & efficient manner.
- Carry out the daily routine work schedule on boiler.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and attend to boiler breakdown & repair.
- To maintain and monitor records for all breakdown.
- To establish standard operating procedure for the boiler operation.
- To ensure the boiler is well maintained and in good condition.
- Monitor water supply, compressed air system, chilled water system, central air conditioning and other machinery.
- To make necessary preparations and follow up with contractors for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authorities.
- To perform other ad hoc tasks as and when is required.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience as Boilerman or related field.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
