Reporting to the **Manager, Space Planning** you will be responsible for:

- Planning retail space and capacity down to category/brand level by season for all stores.
- Creating and maintaining floor plans that enhance the consumer journey while optimizing space usage in our retail outlets.
- Mapping assortments by fixture together with the Buying team, aligning with seasonal selection, product introductions, brands flows and guidelines.
- Maintaining fixture counts, space, and capacity to provide accurate guidance for stock levels(capacity) in stores at all times.
- Analyzing the sales performance of categories/brands and provide insights into space productivity by store to the business (GMROM/GMROF)
- Provide recommendations to retail space, zoning plans, stockroom capacities based on productivity and performance
- Collaborate with Buyers, Planners, Projects, Visual Merchandising, and retail teams to implement space planning effectively.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business or relevant discipline.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Retail industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD
- Intermediate skills in Excel (Familiarity with general formulas and functions)
