Managing staffs

Supervisors are responsible for managing their staff and providing direction. This includes assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities and setting goals for employees. You're also responsible for monitoring the work done by your team members to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Maintaning the store

A retail supervisor is responsible for maintaining the store. This includes ensuring merchandise is properly displayed, keeping inventory levels at an established level and making sure all areas of the store are clean and orderly. You're also responsible for managing the budget and ensuring the proper allocation of company resources.
- Monitoring finances

You're also responsible for monitoring the finances of the store to make sure it's profitable. This may include assessing sales figures, calculating profits and losses and making adjustments where necessary. A retail supervisor may create budgets, schedule expenditures and analyse discrepancies between the budget and actual expenses. They may make plans to implement corrective measures if necessary.
- Helping customers

When on the shop floor, a retail supervisor is responsible for helping customers. They may answer questions about products or prices, assist with returns and exchanges and provide information on sales and promotions. They're also likely to resolve challenging situations with customers.
- Maintaining inventory

A retail supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory levels and prices. They monitor sales, identify areas in need of replenishment and order new products as necessary. They may also oversee the stocking and cleaning of shelves.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Supervisor: 2 years (required)
