Position Title: Bartender

Position Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. This role requires a strong knowledge of classic and modern recipes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Beverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Create and recommend signature drinks and seasonal beverages.
- Check identification of guests to verify legal drinking age.
- Ensure proper serving portions and presentation standards.

2. Customer Service
- Take beverage and snack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, suggestions, or complaints professionally.

3. Operations & Hygiene
- Set up and the stock before each shift with necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of glassware, and utensils.
- Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including responsible of service policies.
- Clean place surfaces, equipment, and seating areas regularly.

4. Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with waiter and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist colleagues during peak hours.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

5. Requirements & Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Bartender or in a similar role. At least 1 year.
- Knowledge of drinks, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., kegs, crates).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, late nights, and public holidays.

Working Conditions:

- Location: Restaurant Royal Dream, Bukit Bintang KL
- Working Hours: 5pm to 1am. Shift-based (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Work Environment: Fast-paced, customer-facing role with exposure to loud music and varying lighting.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
