HR Admin Assistant

Assist with daily operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Answer company phone call
- Handling staff training
- Update Staff list new join & Resigned
- Handling for Flight Booking, Hotel Booking & etc
- Update information relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, etc)
- Order office Stationery & pantry and control the cost.
- Update Health Metric system for Clinic Panel.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, attendance, leaves, etc);
- Compile monthly overtime form and verify before payroll closing;
- Handling of administrative request and queries from office team;
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
