Planner

Responsible for leading project team to complete the project within the contractual period
- Manage resources, schedules, financial and adhere to company ISO requirement during project implementation stage
- Ensure correspondence, calibration record and construction drawings are maintained and retained according to ISO standard
- Responsible for planning, execution and completion of projects which include coordination, budgeting, scheduling and achieving the targeted project profitability Able to led team of managers, engineers and supervisors at site
- To implement the required & relevant environment, safety, quality policies and emergency plan
- To take immediate corrective action in the event of site problems being identified
- To ensure all materials request are planned and submitted in advance so that the supplies can be delivered to site on time
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with client, consultants, main-con, sub-con and project team members in project execution of all progress tasks.
- Overall site planning, coordination and management to ensure on time completion of works within required standard, quality and targeted schedules
- To ensure all works are carried out in accordance to specification, standard and quality
- To review sub-contractor’s performance and evaluate progress of works and claims
- To analyse on project progress to ensure achievement and meeting project timeline
- To provide timely report & feedback to the management for any substandard workmanship to enable proper solution to be taken
- Follow up project off and on site and update the CEO on the progress of works from time to time

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Planning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ampang (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ampang: Relocate before starting work (required)
