**Job Title**: Warehouse Stockkeeper

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Stockkeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and managing inventory of raw materials, parts, and finished goods in the warehouse. Ensures stock accuracy, proper storage, and timely distribution to support smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, check, and record incoming goods against delivery orders.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods according to company standards (e.g., FIFO).
- Maintain accurate inventory records through stock cards or inventory systems.
- Issue stock upon approved requisitions and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly/annual stocktakes.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse at all times.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in loading/unloading of goods as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1-2 year of experience in warehouse or inventory handling preferred.
- Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel or stock management system).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when needed.
- Forklift license is an added advantage.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
