**Job Title**: Quality Control (QC) Supervisor
**Department**: Quality / Production
**Reports To**: QA/QC Manager or Production Manager
**Location**: YIFENG BOYU Technology SDN.BHD, Proton City, Tanjong Malim, Perak.
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
The QC Supervisor is responsible for leading the Quality Control team to ensure that all incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products meet the company’s quality standards and customer requirements. This role includes planning inspections, training QC personnel, reporting non-conformances, and continuously improving quality control processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of QC inspectors.
- Ensure proper inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and customer specifications.
- Investigate product non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management review.
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure measuring instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
- Provide training and guidance to QC staff on procedures, standards, and customer requirements.
- Support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, customer audits).
- Promote a quality-first mindset and continuous improvement within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QC or QA role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of QC tools, sampling methods, and inspection techniques.
- Able to read technical drawings/specifications and use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, QC system/software).
