**Job Title: Logistics Manager**
**Location: Tanjong Malim, Perak**

**Job Summary**:
To lead and oversee all work activities across various sections, providing guidance and knowledge to enhance the skills of staff and improve overall efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the company’s targets, rules, regulations, quality policy, safety policy, environmental policy, and 5S procedures.
- Implement and enforce company operational policies.
- Liaise and collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Ensure that company quality and environmental policies and objectives are effectively implemented in department operations.
- Lead, supervise, guide, and motivate department teams while monitoring performance, conducting reviews, and appraisals.
- Improve and maintain general discipline and work efficiency among section staff and all company employees.
- Ensure section staff actively participate in quality control circles, 5S, and other company activities.
- Ensure sufficient raw materials and purchased parts are available to support production requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation planning, and inventory control.
