3.1 To work and focus to achieve KPI target in related department.

3.2 To discuss and communicate with customer and supplier for Checking Fixture Development.

a) To prepare Checking Fixture specification and get approval from customer.

b) To prepare Checking Fixture development schedule and monitor the completion

c) To manage Checking Fixture verification activity with customer.

d) To compile Checking Fixture report and get approval to customer.

3.3 To control list and location of checking fixture at assigned plant

3.4 To be apart of APQP/SPTT team conducted by RND to prepare APQP/SPTT documentation including:
a) Preparation and updating of Inspection Agreement which was agreed by customer for new project.

b) Preparation of development quality document including Control Plan Cpk, GR&R, PIS, PAS, Incoming, First piece, In process, Assembly & Outgoing checksheet during development stage.

3.5 To ensure all CF/CMM/Test equipment ingood conditions

3.6 Liase with suppliers to servicing / spare parts/ consumable for testing equipments

3.7 Verify/perform periodical PIS/ PAS data as required by customer.

3.8 To conduct measurement activity during development stage including measurement of PIS, PAS and N1 data.

3.9 To manage, arrange and attend GPM & jointcheck activity conducted by customer including preparation of GPM & jointcheck parts and PIS, PAS data.

4.1 To conduct in house training to subordinate and operation team member regarding quality control for smooth mass production preparation.

4.2 To prepare and get approval from customer for limit sample / master sample during development stage.

4.3 To be responsible in managing all calibrated equipment.

a) To prepare the list and schedule for all calibrated equipment

b) To prepare the the damage report for calibrated equipment

c) To segregate damage / obselete equipment in special quarantine area

d) To make sure all calibrated equipment being calibrate according to schedule external and internal.

4.4 To liase with RND for internal testing to be conducted using internal testing lab

4.5 To follow all related procedures according to the Company's Quality System requirement.

a) AHP Quality Management system

b) ISO 9001, IATF 16949

c) ISO 14001 & 18001

4.6 Responsible for communicating to employee regairding environment issues, safety and health and the role of the person responsbilities for taking care of the interests of the environment, health and safety at the company.

4.7 Make recommendations to the Department of Human Resources related training environment, safety and health of their workers.

4.8 To follow daily instruction given by management.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
