**Job Title: QA & Technical Manager**

**Job Summary**:
To lead quality assurance and technical operations, ensuring that all products meet automotive industry standards and customer requirements. This role is responsible for implementing quality control processes, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1) Quality Management & Compliance:_
- Implement and enforce company operations policies to ensure the seamless functioning of the Quality Department.
- Ensure the Quality Department's operations align with the Company's Quality Policy and Objectives, and that they are effectively implemented across all levels.
- Assist top management in defining, setting, and communicating quality objectives, ensuring they are clearly understood and successfully executed.
- 2) Supplier & Material Quality Assurance:_
- Oversee incoming verification of raw materials and purchased products, ensuring compliance with documented procedures and specifications.
- Establish and maintain measurement requirements, ensuring they are determined, controlled, and consistently met.
- 3) Product Quality & Customer Satisfaction:_
- Ensure that product inspections adhere to customer requirements and industry specifications, with internal audits carried out as per established guidelines.
- Lead testing, evaluation, and technical assistance to resolve quality-related issues, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Provide recommendations on processes, materials, and procedures affecting quality standards to enhance production efficiency.
- 4) Quality Procedures & Continuous Improvement:_
- Develop, document, and implement quality-related procedures, product specifications, and work instructions, ensuring they are clearly defined, understood, and followed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- 5) Customer & Supplier Relations:_
- Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers by conducting courtesy visits, surveys, and engagement activities to assess needs and satisfaction levels.
- Proactively address customer feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance product and service quality.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with quality control processes, audits, and supplier management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Must be proficient in speaking and reading Chinese to communicate with headquarters in China.
