**Functional/Business Knowledge**:
Working under the guidance of experienced supply chain professionals and participate in tasks related to procurement, logistics, inventory management, and data analysis.

**Scope**:

- Perform inbound receiving activities according to the daily work plan
- Perform outbound shipping activities according to the daily work plan
- Execute the job assignment allocated by the team leader
- Upkeep the safety, quality, stewardship standard in the plant
- Execution of warehouse sampling tasks according to daily work plan
- Execution of warehouse material replenishment according to daily work plan
- Drive continuous improvement of warehouse management work processes
- Support in the supply chain ares with reporting, data management and analysis.
- Supervising and reporting on network activities like stock management, deliveries, and flows optimization.
- Detailed analysis of data process maps and problems.
- Development on efficiency projects and improving performances and efficiency of our logistics network.
- Provide and verify service levels (KPIs)
- Provide ideas and follow projects for activities and process improvement.
- Billing verifications and manual reporting
- Weekly freight billing and inbound/Outbound shipment tracking

**Experience and Education**:

- Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience and c urrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools to manipulate and analyse large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and actively contribute to project goals.
