JOB VACANCY

POSITION - MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - KLANG UTAMA
SALARY- RM 3500-4500

**Job Description**:
1. Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
2. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
3. Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
4. Create and implement maintenance procedures.
5. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
6. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities, include general factory maintenance.
7. Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
8. Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
9. Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
10.Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
11. Lead and coordinate machine upgrading activities as when required
12. To ensure machines comply with the statutory requirement of Department of Safety and Health, eg receiver tank, crane, machinery guide, lighting etc.
13.Initiate preventive maintenance to ensure minimize downtime.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
