Operate tea brewing equipment with precision and care, ensuring that each cup is brewed to the optimal flavor profile.
- Maintain a clean and organized tea bar area, including regular cleaning of equipment, utensils, and serving vessels.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences and answering any questions they may have about our teas.
- Accurately process customer orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain a balanced cash register.
- Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels of teas, tea accessories, and other related items, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with coworkers and supporting fellow team members as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines, to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
