Prepare duty roster of all Production and QC staff every month.
- Update and prepare attendance including overtime of all Production and QC staff to Human Resources Department.
- Responsible to provide all admin record form to all Production and QC staff.
- To disseminate information from HR admin to all Production and QC staff.
- Collecting, filing, and organizing production documents. Check and ensure all documents are filed and arranged properly.
- Responsible in data entry for production process.
- Ensure accurate data entry and proper filing of records and forms.
- Responsible on checking insect netting and insect killer at production area.
- Responsible on ordering production items and raise purchase request.
- To receive purchased items from warehouse personnel.
- Check and update stock inventory data in production store and order insufficient item.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM level with relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Knowledge in computers skills in mandatory (e.g., MS Excel/ MS Words/ MS Power Point & etc.)
- Self-disciplined with positive attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to complete task on time.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
